The Final Judgment

The final judgment will come at the end of the millennium period. During the millennium Satan be bound and thrown in a pit.
And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain. He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.  Revelation 20:1-3

The believers that survived the Tribulation period will enter the millennial kingdom. They will be mortal and will marry and have children during this period. Those that believe in Christ will live through the entire millennium period, but their children will have to make a conscious choice to follow Christ or to refuse Him.
“Never again will there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
    or an old man who does not live out his years;
the one who dies at a hundred
    will be thought a mere child;
the one who fails to reach[a] a hundred
will be considered accursed.  Isaiah 65:20

There will be no sickness during the millennium, the people that die during this period will be those that turned their backs on Christ and refused to follow Him. This proves that man does not need Satan to tempt him to be disobedient, men are capable of choosing evil on their own.
At the end of the millennium period Satan will be set loose, he wastes no time in going out to gather together armies for a final stand against God. Satan and his armies surround God's people in preparation for a battle, but there is no battle. God sends down fire to destroy these armies and throws Satan into the Lake of Fire for good.
When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them. 10 And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Revelation 20:7-10
atotheword.com

Now the final judgment takes place, the Great White Throne Judgment. This is a judgment of the wicked dead, all those that died in unbelief will be raised for this judgment. Since these people did not receive forgiveness by grace, they will be judged according to their deeds. Many will protest that they believed in God, but they will be shown the book of life and they will see that their names are not there. Then they will be thrown into the Lake of Fire.
11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books. 13 The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what they had done. 14 Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. 15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:11-15

Many people say that God is not fair. Why would He throw people into Hell? I thought He was a loving God.... the answer is simple. Yes, He loves everyone; in fact He loved you so much that He sent His son to die so that you would not have to. There is only one catch...you need to accept the gift that He has give you. God does not want anyone to go to Hell, but He gave us free will. We get to make the choice about where we spend eternity. What choice have you made? Where will you spend eternity?

The Sheep and Goats Judgment

The second judgment will be the sheep and goats judgment. This judgment will occur after the Tribulation period that will end with the second coming of Christ. This judgment is for everyone that lived through the tribulation period.
In arid lands, Shepherds often grazed the sheep and goats together. During the night, when the temperatures got colder, the goats were put into a shelter because they were would freeze without the warm woolly coat of a sheep. Sheep are docile animals that are easily led to green pastures, on the other hand, goats are known for being stubborn and not wanting to obey. When we look at these characteristics, we can relate them to a person that eagerly follows God and someone that prefers to do whatever they want and not obey anyone.

http://biblestudents.net

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
34 “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. 35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? 38 When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? 39 When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’
40 “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’
41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’
44 “They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’
45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
46 “Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.” Matthew 25:31-46

When Jesus returns and Satan has been bound for a thousand years in a pit, it will then be time to judge those that survived the tribulation period. The purpose of this judgment is to determine who is worthy to enter the millennial  kingdom.

The sheep represent the people that came to believe in the Lord after the rapture and did not take the mark of the beast and follow the Antichrist. The goats represent those people that did not come to faith in the Lord during this time and many of them did take the mark of the beast and have followed the Antichrist.  Jesus separates the sheep on his right hand side, and these people will be going into the millennial kingdom. The goats will go to eternal punishment.
The main part of this judgment is God's people, the Jews. During the tribulation, Satan and the Antichrist will make an all out effort to finally destroy the Jews.
13 When the dragon saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child. Revelation 12:13
The woman in this verse is Israel, and the male child referred to in this verse is Jesus. At around the midpoint of the tribulation, Satan is thrown out of heaven. Up to this point, Satan had been allowed into heaven as the "accuser of the brethren".

10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say:
“Now have come the salvation and the power
and the kingdom of our God,
and the authority of his Messiah.
For the accuser of our brothers and sisters,
who accuses them before our God day and night,
has been hurled down.  Revelation 12:10

The Jews at this point will have to hide from the Antichrist because they will be hunted like they were during the Holocaust but worldwide. The sheep, being Christ followers will be the ones that reach out to help the Jews during this time. The goats will be turning in the Jews for persecution. This is what they will be judged on.

The Judgment Seat of Christ

Judgment. No one wants to be judged for their actions, good or bad. As Christians we know that we will not have to be judged for our sins, through our belief in Christ we know that we are forgiven. That does not mean that we will not continue to sin, we are not perfect, but because we put our trust in Jesus our sins are forgiven. Many people will say, "I am a good person", but because they reject Christ, they are actually committing the worst sin.
“I tell you, whoever publicly acknowledges me before others, the Son of Man will also acknowledge before the angels of God. But whoever disowns me before others will be disowned before the angels of God. 10 And everyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven. Luke 12:8-10

The unpardonable sin that is being spoken of in this verse is rejecting Jesus and His gift of eternal life. When someone does this they are telling Jesus that they don't need Him to forgive their sins, they choose to be judged for the sins they commit.

Jesus offers everyone this free gift of salvation, it is up to us whether we accept or reject it.

There are three judgments that are talked about in the Bible. They each happen at different times. The first will be for the raptured church, this is not an actual judgment but we will be rewarded for our deeds. The second happens at the second coming of Christ, this is a judgment for those in the tribulation period. The final judgment is a judgment of the wicked dead, all those that have died in unbelief since the beginning of time.

Lets start with the first judgment, this is called the Judgment Seat of Christ, or Bema Seat of Christ. Those believers that have been raptured into heaven and have received their resurrection bodies will be judged and receive rewards according to their deeds on earth. These believers will not be judged on their sins, those have been forgiven by their belief and acceptance of Jesus. Believers will give an account of their lives to Jesus and will receive crowns according to what they have done.

10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5:10
There are five crowns that are mentioned in the New Testament as rewards for the faithful believers.
First is the Incorruptible crown, this crown is promised to Christians that are focused on doing God's will. They do not let external things distract them from the work they are doing to bring others into God's kingdom.
24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 1 Corinthians 9:24-25
The apostle Paul compares the training and endurance and focus of a person running a race to get a prize to the Christian that is focused on doing God's will in their lives to receive the Incorruptible crown.
http://ubdavid.org

The second crown is the Crown of Life, also called the martyrs crown. This crown is for the believers that endure testing and tribulation and are ultimately martyred for their steadfast belief in Jesus Christ. They hold firm to their beliefs in Jesus even if it means their death.
12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.  James 1:12
http://ubdavid.org

The third crown is the Crown of Rejoicing, or the Soul Winner's Crown. This crown is for those that have been witnesses to other people and have brought others to belief in Christ by this witness. God is not going to judge you by the number of people that you have brought to belief, He will reward you for your willingness to be used by Him to tell others about Him.
19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you in the presence of our Lord Jesus Christ at His coming? 1 Thessalonians 2:19
http://ubdavid.org

The fourth crown is the Crown of Righteousness. This crown will be given to all those who long for Christ's return. Those who read the prophecy in the Bible and believe it, and wait expectantly for its fulfillment.
Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing. 2 Timothy 4:8
http://ubdavid.org

The fifth crown is the Crown of Glory, this is the Pastor's crown. This crown will be given to all those that preach and teach the word of God. Those who teach and preach are held to a higher standard, they are judged not only for what they have done, but for what they taught their congregations. They have a responsibility to teach the Biblical truth and to live a life that reflects those teachings.
and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away. 1 Peter 5:4

What Happens Next?

Well the election is over and Barack Obama is still President. I am disappointed, not that I thought Mitt Romney really represented me, but at least he had biblical values and would have stood with Israel. I did not believe in everything Romney stood for, but he stood closer to what I believe. I do not believe in abortion, especially partial birth abortions where the baby is delivered and even if it is alive the doctors have to lay it on the table and wait until it dies! Now that is murder!
What is Partial-Birth Abortion?

Partial-Birth Abortion is a procedure in which
the abortionist pulls a living baby feet-first out of the womb and into the birth canal (vagina), except for the head, which the abortionist purposely keeps lodged just inside the cervix (the opening to the womb).  The abortionist punctures the base of the baby’s skull with a surgical instrument, such as a long surgical scissors or a pointed hollow metal tube called a trochar.  He then inserts a catheter (tube) into the wound, and removes the baby's brain with a powerful suction machine.  This causes the skull to collapse, after which the abortionist completes the delivery of the now-dead baby.

    Why is it called "Partial-Birth"?
Under state laws, a “live birth” occurs when a baby is entirely expelled from the mother and shows any signs of life, however briefly -- regardless of whether the baby is “viable,” i.e., developed enough to be sustained outside the womb with neo-natal medical assistance.  Even at 4½ months (20 weeks), perinatologists say that if a baby is expelled or removed completely from the uterus, she will usually gasp for breath and sometimes survive for hours, even though lung development is usually insufficient to permit successful sustained respiration until 23 weeks.   Thus, the term “partial-birth” is perfectly descriptive. http://www.nrlc.org/abortion/facts/pbafacts.html

What does the Bible say about abortion?
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew[a] you,
before you were born I set you apart; Jeremiah 1:5
“If men fight, and hurt a woman with child, so that she gives birth prematurely, yet no harm follows, he shall surely be punished accordingly as the woman’s husband imposes on him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. 23 But if any harm follows, then you shall give life for life. Exodus 21:22-23
At that time Mary got ready and hurried to a town in the hill country of Judea,40 where she entered Zechariah’s home and greeted Elizabeth. 41 When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. Luke1:39-41
These are just three examples that God considers an unborn baby to have life and to kill it is murder. God knew us in the womb, he formed us. Jewish law states that if a man causes a woman to miscarry, he is guilty of murder. Third example, John the Baptist leaped with joy in Elisabeth's womb when he heard the voice of Mary who was carrying Jesus. If he was not alive, how could he leap in her womb??
The term many women use to describe that they are pregnant is that they are "with child" they don't say "with embryo" the child is alive within them.

Another thing that I stand for is the meaning of marriage, it is between a man and a woman. I do not hate gay people, Jesus said we should love everyone, but I believe marriage should only be between a man and a woman. What does the Bible say about this?
18 The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
19 Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the wild animals and all the birds in the sky. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds in the sky and all the wild animals.
But for Adam[f] no suitable helper was found. 21 So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs[g] and then closed up the place with flesh. 22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib[h] he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23 The man said,

“This is now bone of my bones
    and flesh of my flesh;
she shall be called ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.
24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh. Genesis 2:18-24

God intended man to unite with another so he would not be alone, God created Eve to be the mans helpmate. God did not create another man to be with Adam.

“Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’[a] and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’[b]? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” Matthew 19:4-6

For those that say that it is Old Testament. The disciples clearly teach that marriage is between a man and a woman.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error. Romans 1:26-27
In this verse is the description of homosexuality, it is unnatural and shameful.

One of the main reasons that I am against Obama is his stance on Israel. Israel is God's chosen and as Christians we are supposed to stand with her and support her.
President Barack Obama was caught on camera on Monday assuring outgoing Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that he will have "more flexibility" to deal with contentious issues like missile defense after the U.S. presidential election. http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/03/26/us-nuclear-summit-obama-medvedev-idUSBRE82P0JI20120326
Russia is against Israel, they are allies with Iran and supply them with arms and are helping them to develop nuclear weapons. As we know, Iran has made no secret of her desire to destroy Israel. So we see that Obama is friends with those that want to destroy Israel.

"I will bless them that bless thee and curse them that curse thee, and in thee shall all the nations of the earth be blessed." Genesis 12:3
Any nation that has turned their backs on Israel has lost their power, and many nations that have tried to destroy Israel have themselves been destroyed.

Many people ask, where is America in Bible prophecy. The Bible only tells about the nations that directly affect Israel. We seem to be on that road now, we are turning our backs on Israel and we are no longer the super power that we used to be. Reading the Bible as a child, I wondered how America could not be in Biblical prophecy. How could the revived Roman Empire be the leader of the world when the US was so strong. Now I can see how that can happen. We are no longer the power that we once were and with our bad economy we are becoming less and less every year. It is only a matter of time before we are no longer considered a leader of any kind in this world. The power will switch to Europe.

I have to say, shame on you to any Christians that voted for Obama, and especially any pastors that encouraged their parishioners to vote for Obama. One day you will stand before the Lord and have to give an account of your actions, and a pastor will be held accountable for what he teaches his flock. You knew what he stood for and what he stands for is against what the Bible teaches.

What comes next in Biblical prophecy? There are only two things that are left to happen before the Antichrist rises on the scene. We are seeing the stage being set for him to rise to power. I will go into more detail on these things at a later time. The only two prophecies left are the war of Gog and Magog and the Rapture. There is no timetable in the Bible for these events and either one may come before the other. There are 25,000 people that turn to God for their salvation daily, so God may delay the Rapture for one more day for these people. There will come a time when the last person that will believe will accept Christ and then we will go home.
14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14
The second event is the war of Gog and Magog. I think we are seeing this war being set up right now. America, Israel's only ally with Obama at its head will not stand with Israel.
President Obama made a fateful choice in becoming the first American commander -in- chief who is unwilling to stand with Israel at a time when the country faces an existential peril.  http://articles.nydailynews.com/2012-09-13/news/33823202_1_obama-and-netanyahu-netanyahu-lives-prime-minister-benjamin-netanyahu
“‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: On that day thoughts will come into your mind and you will devise an evil scheme. 11 You will say, “I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people—all of them living without walls and without gates and bars. 12 I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land.[d] 13 Sheba and Dedan and the merchants of Tarshish and all her villages[e] will say to you, “Have you come to plunder? Have you gathered your hordes to loot, to carry off silver and gold, to take away livestock and goods and to seize much plunder?”’ Ezekiel 38: 10-13
No one will be standing with Israel when this attack comes. The nations will try to solve this with diplomacy instead of arms. You can read my blog post about the war of Gog and Magog here: http://www.blogger.com/blogger.g?blogID=1990584200520272866#editor/target=post;postID=8370814328121157630
I believe we are seeing everything falling into place for this attack to take place.

I will continue to pray for my country to do the right thing and I will be praying for Israel. I also pray for all those that do not know the Lord. The time is growing short and the church will soon be called home to be with the Lord.

Super Storm Sandy

Super Storm Sandy tore its way up the east coast leaving much damage in its wake. I have been glued to the Weather Channel watching the carnage ensue. As a former New Yorker, I was horrified to see the damage to Manhattan. It will certainly take some time for things to get back to normal over there. Every time they showed a picture of some damage it brought back memories of when I had been in those places, very scary. My Mom lives in Delaware and my brother in Maryland, as a matter of fact my whole family lives on the east coast and due to the size of Sandy, they were all in her path. Many of my friends were also in Sandy's way. As far as I can see, most of my friends and my family survived Sandy. I am still waiting to hear from my friends on Long Island, I am sure their power is out. I am hoping they did not have any major flooding and damage.
This picture is from the Weather Channel as they were predicting the path of Sandy. This was the kind of storm none of us have ever seen. The size of this storm was beyond belief, 900 miles across, incredible. As if this storm itself was not enough, there was also another storm that was travelling east at the same time. As the storms collided they caused a massive blizzard in the mountain areas of western Virginia, West Virginia, western Maryland and eastern Kentucky. Some areas received around three feet of snow.
 East village in Manhattan
 Path station in Hoboken NJ
Most of Manhattan blacked out during storm.

It seems like these kinds of storms are occurring more often. Last year Hurricane Irene caused $19 billion in damage, Sandy will be much more. Then the October snowstorm last year and then a mild winter, it seems the weather is not following the usual patterns. People cry global warming, but weather has always followed patterns, it is just that we have never seen anything like this in our lifetime or since people started keeping track of the weather.
With all the concern over Sandy there was another even that occurred on Saturday that would have been front page news on a normal day, a 7.7 earthquake off the coast of British Columbia, Canada triggered tsunami warnings down to northern California and all the islands of Hawaii evacuated the lower coastal areas for higher ground.

I am sure many are wondering about this crazy weather and signs of the end times. I believe that they are what Jesus refers to as birth pangs in Matthew.

Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains. Matthew 24:7-8

25 “There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. 26 People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken. Luke 21:25-26

As we get closer to the end of the church age and the beginning of Daniel's 70th week things will get more unsettled. There are only two events that need to happen before the Tribulation period begins and God's judgment on Israel. You may wonder why God is sending judgment on His people, but it is really a last effort to gain their attention and bring them back to relationship with Him. The last two events are the Rapture of the Church and the War of Gog and Magog. After these the Antichrist will rise and sign a peace treaty with Israel for seven years.
I believe we will be seeing many more storms that are greater in intensity and also more earthquakes as well. Time is short, do you know Jesus?

The End Times

We have reached the final chapter of Daniel. Daniel has received several disturbing visions throughout his life. Daniel was faithful to God even when it could have cost him his life and God blessed him even living among his enemies. This is similar to God's blessings on Joseph when he lived among the Egyptians. God blessed Joseph and all the Israelites because he was faithful to God. Daniel rose to a similar position of authority among the Babylonians, the Medes and the Persians. Through his faithfulness God used Daniel to show His power to the rulers of the land where the Israelites had been taken in captivity. These rulers, seeing God's power, acknowledged Him as God and passed decrees that the people must revere God. Daniel was faithful to God and God sent Daniel visions of the future. That may not seem like a reward, but God knew that Daniel was faithful and would write everything down just as he was shown.

12 “At that time Michael, the great prince who protects your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has not happened from the beginning of nations until then. But at that time your people—everyone whose name is found written in the book—will be delivered. Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake:some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise[a] will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. But you, Daniel, roll up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge.”
Then I, Daniel, looked, and there before me stood two others, one on this bank of the river and one on the opposite bank. One of them said to the man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, “How long will it be before these astonishing things are fulfilled?”
The man clothed in linen, who was above the waters of the river, lifted his right hand and his left hand toward heaven, and I heard him swear by him who lives forever, saying, “It will be for a time, times and half a time.[b] When the power of the holy people has been finally broken, all these things will be completed.
I heard, but I did not understand. So I asked, “My lord, what will the outcome of all this be?”
He replied, “Go your way, Daniel, because the words are rolled up and sealed until the time of the end. 10 Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand.
11 “From the time that the daily sacrifice is abolished and the abomination that causes desolation is set up, there will be 1,290 days. 12 Blessed is the one who waits for and reaches the end of the 1,335 days.
13 “As for you, go your way till the end. You will rest, and then at the end of the days you will rise to receive your allotted inheritance."

In Daniel 9:24-27 he was told that there would be seventy sevens before the Jews are restored to relationship with God.

24 “Seventy ‘sevens’[c] are decreed for your people and your holy city to finish[d]transgression, to put an end to sin, to atone for wickedness, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the Most Holy Place.[e]
25 “Know and understand this: From the time the word goes out to restore and rebuild Jerusalem until the Anointed One,[f] the ruler, comes, there will be seven ‘sevens,’ and sixty-two ‘sevens.’ It will be rebuilt with streets and a trench, but in times of trouble.26 After the sixty-two ‘sevens,’ the Anointed One will be put to death and will have nothing.[g] The people of the ruler who will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end will come like a flood: War will continue until the end, and desolations have been decreed. 27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one ‘seven.’[h] In the middle of the ‘seven’[i] he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple[j] he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him.[k][l]

After the 69th week there is an interlude, in this interlude we have the church age. That is the period that we are currently living in. The time period starts with the Messiah being cut off, this occurs with Jesus crucifixion about 33 AD.

This period will end with the rise of the Antichrist and his treaty with Israel for seven years. This final seven years is the final seven of the prophecy.
Daniel 12 is about this period of time, the final seven of the seventy sevens.
During this time the church has been removed at the rapture. The name Michael with the title the great prince can only mean Jesus the Messiah. When he first started His ministry, He came to His people, the Jews. Since the Jews rejected Him, the ministry went to all the others. Now, after the church has been removed, the final week is for the Jewish people to return to relationship with God, this does not mean that only Jews shall be saved at this time, but the focus of this period is the Jews. Those that turn to Jesus and stand for Him at this time will be saved, they may die a martyr but will live forever with Christ.
Daniel is told to seal up the scroll until the time of the end, when men will rush here and there to increase knowledge. The end times prophecies were not going to be fulfilled for a long time and the people would not be able to understand them. Daniel was told to seal up the prophecy until the end times when people would be able to understand them.
Two other angels appeared, one on either bank of the river, they ask when these things shall be fulfilled. Jesus swears by God that it will be a time, times and half a time, this is a week, two weeks and half a week or three and a half weeks, 1260 days or 42 months.
Daniel does not understand what was going to happen. He is told not to worry about it. The time for these things was going to be a long time away. People would continue to be good or wicked. The wicked would not understand, but the wise would understand these words.
Daniel is told that from the time that the Temple is defiled until the end will be 1260 days, or three and a half years. This is when the Antichrist breaks his covenant with the Jews and goes into the Temple and declares that he is god.
Now the verse says that blessed is he that reaches the end of 1335 days, which is 45 days after the end of the final seven. There are many conflicting opinions about what this means, but really nothing certain. We will find out one day for sure.
Daniel is then told to continue living his life, after he dies he will rest and at the end of days he will rise to receive his inheritance.
